Indoors, you often have enclosed locations to deal with, and customers are frequently compelled to look at your pull-up banners and retail displays as they go past your shop, for example. Malls have pathways where people must pass one another, and it is common to find oneself hiding behind one of those banners while waiting for a group of people to pass.

A pull-up banner works by printing a huge graphic display on a tough and resilient canvas-like material. The canvas is rolled up at the bottom of the exhibit, and the sign is hauled up and affixed to a pole at the top so that the whole surface of the canvas can be seen.

Retail displays can be both static and moving, and both can capture the attention of your viewers if used correctly. Larger displays easily catch the eye, whilst motion graphics draw the eye with their movement. As a marketer, you will have done well if you can build innovative displays with memorable messaging and adequate information for the reader.
