Alluminium Channel Letters

Channel letters are three-dimensional graphic sign elements that have their lighting components. Its channel is made of sheet metal, most commonly aluminium because it does not rust. The letter’s sides, known as returns, are created by bending the metal around an aluminium back and afterwards welding at the seam. The letter is then painted and fitted with any lighting elements, such as neon gas tubes or more energy-efficient LEDs.

The open face of the letter can is fitted with a translucent plastic face made of 316 in thick sheet acrylic fibre or polycarbonate. A trim cap border is applied to the letter face’s edges, giving it a finished appearance and creating a fastening surface for attaching it to the letter can.

Channel letters, simply, are illuminated individual letters that are mounted on the outside of buildings. Channel letters are one of the most well-known types of signage, and they are valued by both large and small businesses.

Attention is demanded by channel letters as they are highly visible, both during the day and at night, and from a distance. They are available in a wide range of colours, shapes, fonts, sizes, and combinations. That means your sign can be as distinct as your company. Channel letters operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, identifying your location and promoting your brand. They can be outfitted with energy-efficient LED components, making them an environmentally and economically sound choice. Channel letters are also long-lasting and low-maintenance.
